The project was designed by KTGY and is being constructed by Arco Murray. Van Horn provided Development Management services on behalf of client St. Charles Town Company.
Lyric No. 39 Apartments Open to Residents
Van Horn Development is excited to bring new residences to Denver's Berkeley neighborhood on the thriving Tennyson corridor. The project features 39 luxury apartment units with rooftop amenities as well as 4,700 sf of ground floor retail along Tennyson.

Alpine Investment's Noble Apartments project in Englewood, CO is now open to residents. This 119-unit, market rate apartment project was designed by Santulan Architecture and built by Arco Murray. Van Horn Development provided CM/Owner's Representative services.

St. Mark's Village Apartments in Westminster, CO is now open to residents. This 216-unit affordable housing complex features 3-story walk up units with Clubhouse and pool amenities. The project was designed by KTGY and constructed by BC Builders. Van Horn provided Development Management services on behalf of client St. Charles Town Company.
Landings at Eagleridge Opens to Residents
Landings at Eagleridge Apartments in Pueblo, CO broke ground in January 2020 and is in the process of pre-leasing. This 96-unit market rate apartment project is the 3rd and final phase of 3-story walk up apartments. The project was designed by Way Architecture and is being constructed by HE Whitlock. Van Horn provided Development Management services on behalf of client FW, LLC.
Ride at RiNo Opens to Residents
Ride at RiNo is an 84-unit micro apartment in Denver's River North neighborhood. The project was developed by McWhinney, with Van Horn Development overseeing as CM/Owner's Representative. The project was designed by Chris Carvell Architecture and built by Hyder Construction.
Clovis Point Apartments Opens to Residents
McWhinney's Clovis Point Apartments in Longmont, CO is open to residents. This 208 unit complex features 3-story walk up apartments as well as for rent townhomes and associated amenities. The project was designed by Hord Coplan Macht and was constructed by Brinkman Construction. Van Horn Development acted as CM/Owner's Representative.
Edge LoHi Condos Opens to Residents
This 44-unit, high-end residential condo development in Denver's sought after LoHi neighborhood was completed in April 2020. Van Horn provided Development Management services on behalf of client Alpine Investments Partners.
Sova on Grant Opens to Residents
Sova on Grant is a 211-unit, high-rise apartment project located on 19th and Grant Streets in Denver's Uptown neighborhood. The project was developed by McWhinney, with Van Horn Development overseeing as CM/Owner's Representative. The project boasts a unique structural system with Infinity interior wall framing paired with load-bearing exterior pre-fabricated wall panels. The project was designed by Craine Architecture and built by Weitz. The project opened to the public in April 2019.
Dairy Block Project Honored
The Dairy Block in Denver was recently honored by the Colorado chapter of NAIOP as the 2017 Development of the year. Principal Ryan Van Horn served as the project's development manager from 2014 thru its completion in 2017. Congratulations to the entire project team including owners McWhinney, Grand American and Sage as well as Johnson Nathan Stroh, Shears Adkins Rockmore, Saunders Construction and Hyder Construction.
