This 96-unit market rate apartment project is the 3rd and final phase of 3-story walk up apartments. The project was designed by Way Architecture and is being constructed by HE Whitlock. Ride at RiNo is an 84-unit micro apartment in Denver's River North neighborhood. The project was developed by McWhinney, with Van Horn Development overseeing as CM/Owner's Representative. The project was designed by Chris Carvell Architecture and built by Hyder Construction.
McWhinney's Clovis Point Apartments in Longmont, CO is open to residents. This 208 unit complex features 3-story walk up apartments as well as for rent townhomes and associated amenities. The project was designed by Hord Coplan Macht and was constructed by Brinkman Construction. Van Horn Development acted as CM/Owner's Representative.
This 44-unit, high-end residential condo development in Denver's sought after LoHi neighborhood was completed in April 2020. Van Horn provided Development Management services on behalf of client Alpine Investments Partners.
Sova on Grant is a 211-unit, high-rise apartment project located on 19th and Grant Streets in Denver's Uptown neighborhood. The project was developed by McWhinney, with Van Horn Development overseeing as CM/Owner's Representative. The project boasts a unique structural system with Infinity interior wall framing paired with load-bearing exterior pre-fabricated wall panels. The project was designed by Craine Architecture and built by Weitz. The project opened to the public in April 2019.
The Dairy Block in Denver was recently honored by the Colorado chapter of NAIOP as the 2017 Development of the year. Principal Ryan Van Horn served as the project's development manager from 2014 thru its completion in 2017.
